“André Galvão é um dos maiores atletas brasileiros de Jiu-Jitsu de todos os tempos, com 6 títulos do Campeonato Mundial da IBJJF, 10 Campeonatos Pan-Americanos da IBJJF e 6 títulos do Campeonato Mundial do ADCC (4x como o Super Fight Champion do ADCC). Ele recebeu sua faixa preta do Prof. Luis “Careca” Dagmar, que também trabalhou extensivamente com Fernando Terere, Galvão também é um ex-lutador das artes mistas, com um recorde de 5-2-0 no MMA antes de se aposentar para liderar a sede da Academia Atos Jiu-Jitsu em San Diego. Hoje, a Atos é considerada uma das melhores academias de jiu-jitsu do mundo, produzindo atletas campeões mundiais em todos os níveis, desde faixa-branca e juvenil até faixa-preta.

A missão de Galvão é compartilhar as lições, técnicas e experiência que ele adquiriu ao longo de mais de 20 anos de experiência como praticante de Jiu-Jitsu, professor e competidor de classe mundial.
