This escape is not used as often, but it is quite hard to stop once you get your arms in position. Just like the under hook, except this time you are getting both arms under. Then, you simply thrust to push yourself out from underneath to their back. At best you will score a back take. Otherwise, you will end up in a similar position to the under hook escape.

The under hook escape is a go to technique for MMA fighters, but often executed with errors. Without mastering all the details, you can end up stuck on your back, or worse, get caught with a guillotine.
There are a few key details to understand. First, you must shift their weight to your hips before attempting to hip thrust. Second, when you start working to your feet, quickly get your head either under their chin or dig the crown of your head into their temple. This protects you from getting head locked. Third, make sure you have an under hook, and not a waist hold.
