In this video I show another guard takedown. I love these takedowns as an alternative to just working guard / or standing up. This is a great aoption that will surely surprise your training partners.
*Make sure when you transition to the knee bar you slide up the leg when they fall. This will ensure your pelvic bone (the fulcrum) is directly on the knee. If you lose the knee, go directly to a guard pass. Happy hunting Ninjas!
