Shoulder Opener With Belt

In this video, I go over a quick and simple way to stretch the pecs and shoulders with a belt.
This technique can be useful to do as a quick shoulder opener after training or if you have been sitting for a long period of time.

5 repetitions of 5-15 seconds.

Understanding the controls and mechanics of this lock is important in order to make the application as effective and efficient as possible.
