Anda tentando fazer o arm lock voador? O Fred da A.O.A. de Itú ensina um dos golpes mais plásticos do Jiu Jitsu de uma maneira simples e objetiva.
Faça as duas pegadas no adversário. Uma na lapela e a outra na altura do tríceps, pegando no quimono (pegadas normais de início de luta). Normalmente o arm lock voador é aplicado quando o oponente faz a pegada na nuca, expondo o braço. Dê um passo para o lado que você fez a pegada no braço, o suficiente para sair da frente do oponente. Faça um pêndulo com a perna de dentro, levando-a até a axila do oponente e passe a outra perna em frente ao rosto. Não solte a mão do tríceps até ajustar o golpe! Junte os joelhos! A mão que estava antes na lapela agora segura o braço dele para você ajustar o arm lock. Caso o adversário caia no tatame, continue com o golpe encaixado e finalize da mesma maneira.
Detalhes da posição
1. Faça uma pegada na lapela e a outra no tríceps (segurando no quimono) do oponente;
2. Dê um passo para o lado e faça o pêndulo para bater uma perna na axila do adversário e a outra perna passa em frente ao rosto;
3. Não solte a mão do tríceps até ajustar o golpe; a mão que estava na lapela, segura o braço do adversário;
4. Junte os joelhos e finalize!!
