Such a fun roll with 110 lb blue beit @sepimeli yesterday before my seminar at Gracie Farmingdale Valley. I have 105 lbs on Sepi but she made me work! In fact I was much more tired going with her than I was my roll at the end with a 280 lb man. I tried to match her speed and use only technique. Big guys, you can get great training in with smaller women! Here Sepi is eacaping my kimura attack.
