In this important video, they discuss how even though more women are training jiu-jitsu than ever before, the training culture at most academies is preventing women from getting the maximum benefit that jiu-jitsu has to offer. They give their thoughts on the least desirable training partners – Smashers, Stenchers, Senseis, and Snipers – and explain what it will take to bridge the gap.
