First: holding the breath while squeezing is a very poor decision. Your arms are gonna tire out.
Second: what would you need a rubber band for? I guess squeezing that ball should be hard enough.
How important is the symmetry of a choke, as in having their chin in the crick of the elbow? Does it make a difference in fast it comes on?
