In class, we recently covered some basics of wrestling up from the guard.
Continuing on with that theme, we will be focusing on escaping from different bottom positions into “Dogfight/Waist Riding” positions and how to fight from there.
But, first, you have to understand the timeline and mechanics of the various ways to accomplish these goals.
So, I begin with an introduction to our options from bottom side control, what our goals are and the mechanics of one of the ways to turn over (a way I see people often poorly utilise).
