Over the last few weeks, I’ve been talking about my latest project, Timeless Jiu-Jitsu. I have been working on it for a long time; this program has been my baby.
The idea behind Timeless Jiu-Jitsu is simple: To train at a high level, for the rest of our lives – to be a forever student, constantly looking to progress and grow both on and off the mat.
Timeless Jiu-JItsu is a membership site that is updated weekly with techniques, strategy, mindset, nutrition, and competition overviews. It has content for everyone – from the beginner white belt, just starting out, to the established blue/purple/brown belt winning medals, to the seasoned black belt vet looking to continue to train pain-free for years to come.
I have put blood, sweat, and tears into everything you will see in Timeless Jiu-JItsu. It’s my life’s work. I have been striving to be the best martial artist I can be for as long as I can remember and now, through Timeless Jiu-Jitsu, I have another way to connect with athletes across the globe who have chosen the same path.
