One key element of strength in BJJ is pushing power and you can still use bodywieght exercises to continually challenge yourself if you increase the complexity of the exercise
Depth plyometric push-ups are a great way to develop explosive pushing power.
I’d recommend using wider platforms than the paralettes to start off with, and first work up to being able to push-up onto the platform before doing this version.
