My friend Frank runs a nonprofit called @reps_for_responders and he told me about a Virtual Challenge that they are doing to raise awareness towards officer wellness and mental health. He said there were 175 police officers who committed suicide in 2020.
To honor them, Frank created a bodyweight workout with 1, 7 and 5 reps using three exercises (burpees, squats, push-ups). The challenge was to cycle through the sequence 12 times as fast as you can. Super last minute entry since the deadline is in a few hours, but luckily I have been doing RFT workouts so I was ready.
