I met this “kid” when he was 12. Watching him growing up as a man on and off the weight lifting room is AWESOME!
Today Fernando is 3x Pan American Games Champion & 3x Pan American Championship Champion. Also, He competed at both the 2012 Summer Olympics and the 2016 Rio Games finishing 11th and 5th overall respectively.
When you do something to someone you must do 100% with your heart waiting nothing in exchange. Life pays you back, this is one of the paradox of life that I love: “it’s better to give than to receive, and when you do give, you also will receive with a bigger measure from what you gave”.
