when I was younger I would always judge who was better by the result of a match.
as I got older I learned that matches are events and the winners are those who could play the game better during that time set.
it made me understand that it doesn’t matter how good we get we will never have the guarantee that our arm will be raised at the end, because being good is not the only deciding factor.
we must play well at the given moment.
thats why we should celebrate every victory like its very special, because it is.

quando eu era mais novo, sempre julgava quem era melhor pelo resultado de uma luta.
Com o tempo, aprendi que as lutas são partidas e os vencedores são aqueles que conseguem jogar melhor durante aquele tempo proposto.
isso me fez entender que não importa o quão bom ficamos, nunca teremos a garantia de que nosso braço será levantado no final, porque ser bom não é o único fator decisivo.
