in the last two chapters of my instructional “Understanding the Distance from Guard” I filmed a drilling session of me and @tainandalpra doing a drilling session focused on creating attack opportunities from the guard. theres no specific technique to be worked on, the partner gives different reaction after each guard pull and the person drilling tries to not only focus on one technique but take advantage of whatever is given and create a chain from there.
the goal for this part of the instructional was not only to show the techniques we like to work but also the pace and intensity we drill when focusing on developing competitive awareness in the positions.
