Came across two interesting studies recently. 1) Effects of shoulder girdle dynamic stabilization exercise on hand muscle strength. A Kobesova et al 2015. 2) Do changes in hand grip strength correlate with shoulder rotator cuff function? I Horsley et al 2016.

Study 1 found, vs a control group, participants who used Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilisation for the shoulder girdle five times per week, showed signifciant improvements in grip strength. Study 2 found, a strong correlation between grip strength and lateral rotator strength. @paulbjdo .
