In this video I explain the importance of specific training. Specific training is the concept of breaking Jiu Jitsu down into multiple smaller positions that are easier to understand and fight from there. It allows you to speed up the learning process drastically. It also is great to combine with learning Jiu Jitsu from online videos. I include footage of my self doing specific sparring. In Lasso, Sit-up Guard/Single Leg Guard and De La Riva.
