Kimura Trap Techniques & Concepts

The Kimura Trap is a powerful use of the Kimura armlock (double wrist lock) that virtually turns this submission into a position…then submission. It can be attacked from a variety of positions and in transition, and is difficult to shut down once it is applied. This video covers some effective uses for it. Hope you like it.
