I’ve not rolled properly in 2 weeks. Through a combo of a neck injury, illness and family commitments. So, I’ve been playing with some new movements. This is one of them.

I’ve been playing with doing crawling while only placing the finger tips on the floor. I variation from using finger tip push ups, which I’m a huge fan of for developing hand and grip strength.
