Improving the range of motion in your spine will help with back pain and reduce the risk of back injury.

This sequence take a comprehensive approach to improving not only the mobility in your thoracic and lumbar spine, but the additional hip mobility exercise will help decrease hip tightness and pain allowing for overall improvement in guard retention.
