If you have stiff elbows that you can’t quite get straight, this is a great technique to use. It’s taken from @mobilitywod ‘s book “Becoming a Supple Leopard”. Try to point the pit of the elbow forward and rotate the elbow through it’s full range of motion. Also play with different positioning of the fingers, ie pointed back etc
