TS taught this at one of his seminars. The 1st move, pinning the lapel to floor while jamming the right elbow into the gut prevents the back take. That day he called it the baseball slide break. It works great. Love the move. It does take practice with where to grip the lapel as a baggy GI can complicate things.

Even a novice like me can tell you that the passer is not being held down by any grips to the lapels or sleeves. It’s like he’s being allowed to do that. Does this really work? I’ll find out in a couple of hours!
