I was looking through YouTube for #bodyweight exercises / solo #jiujitsu drills and came across a video by @chewjitsu demonstrating some guard passing movements. I combined them into one long sequence doing 3 per exercise and then alternating what side I started with so I could to get comfortable transitioning from each side. My guard passing sucks so I’ll be working on them for a while. If anyone else has good free references for fun motor patterns let me know.
