An extremely effective submission technique in BJJ. Used often and with great success by my students both on the mat and at competition – The Bow and Arrow Attack! But when it’s used a lot it does not take long for the other students to work out escapes. Then it becomes far more difficult to complete this awesome submission. But not impossible.
