I use the reverse seat belt quite often, as it is an easy scramble to get into if you know how to stay behind your opponent’s arms. From half guard, it comes up regularly as people try to sit out and attack the kimura. So you just have to go over their back at the same time they are trying to turn away from you.
Then, you reach for that far hip, and you can work a hip bump if they stay on their side, or a back take if they come to their fours.
