Started the week off with some light #TGU’s this morning 💪🏼 One of my favorite #kettlebell exercises & one of the most functional for @timeless_jiujitsu. This is an excellent way to learn how to move underneath weight & build total body strength. I usually do these as a warm up or inside of a circuit. Little weight can go a long way! Who else does Turkish Get Ups??? @greenstrengthiv
