Now for our move today. This arm bar setup it really effective. We open up our guard for a normal scissor sweep than quickly change directions for a powerful arm bar. I didn’t mention it in the video but you can probably already see there is a back take from this as well.
I really love this setup and it has gotten me a lot of taps in training and competition. I figured it was time I shared it with you all.
