Fun home workout idea from Sensei Christian!
Posted @withregram • @chris_mlj Having taken so much time off from Judo and with the reopening uncertainty in the air right now, I figure it’s time to reintroduce these movements to my body.
5x5x5 (5 rounds of 5 supersets of 5 exercises):

10 sec right side pulls
10 sec right side half turns
10 sec left side pulls
10 sec left side half turns
10 sec jumping jacks with shoulder stability
10 sec rest
Repeat that 4 more times, rest 1 full minute, then do it all again…4 more times.
Simple enough, and you don’t need bands, just pick any 5 exercises and you can get this workout done in half an hour on the dot.
