First post for a while now. Doesn’t mean I haven’t been putting in the work. If anything I have been training harder but social media isn’t going to show you how hard, results will. I have a couple of competitions coming up and I am staying prepared, not getting prepared!
It helps that @serdarkaramanoglu is always beating me up and it’s improving my game immensely. If you aren’t getting beat up in training, you are in the wrong gym!
