Finding a good #bodyweight #workout became really important for #fitness maintenance during these crazy times. Here I tired some @basruttenmma with some #sithrus from @da_rulk thrown in. Very difficult! Dynamic movement in uniform is much harder and the additional weight from the gear (20lbs / 9kgs) really adds up towards the end. I was only able to do 5, 3 minute rounds at an acceptable intensity. Good to know the limitations in training. Feel free to share your favorite fitness modalities!
