In this clip, from the new instructional “Grappling-RX The Cool-Down,” I take you through an awesome recovery sequence for the hip muscles. This is one of my go-to exercises after training, the Figure-4 stretch. This stretch can help with recovery after training and improving hip mobility and safety when training to protect your low back, hips, and knees.
