What type of membership options does Jitseasy offer?
You have the option to view all FREE content that Jitseasy publishes without registering but there might be certain restrictions and/or limitations that registered users and premium users are granted.
As a non-registered member you are able to view whatever free content that we post but there are some restrictions. As a premium member you will be issued a Jitseasy account with a membership profile and you have access to all of our premium BJJ content that has been procured exclusively by Jitseasy. Premium content will be specially marked in the thumbnail image.
As a premium member you will be have access to all free and exclusive content as well as all advanced features that we provide to search for, view and save your video library. Premium members can save favorite videos to their Jitseasy profile and be able to leave comments on our video posts.
Any subscriptions to Jitseasy can be cancelled at any time. Yearly subscriptions or long term memberships that are cancelled will not be refunded. Please note that Jitseasy is not a Pay Per View (PPV) service, but rather a recurring subscription.
I signed up so where is my login information?
After you register for a FREE or premium Jitseasy membership, you will receive an email with your login credentials.
Can I share my login with anyone?
Sorry, but sharing your login is prohibited and we reserve the right to terminate your Jitseasy membership without refund should you do so. Only one mobile device or computer can be used to watch content on Jitseasy at a time. If a viewer begins watching a video from one device, he/she must first log out of that device before attempting to watch the same event from a different device.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel your account at any time through your account settings. Your account can be accessed by clicking on your account image in the top right of the home page. Within that drop down menu, you will see “Profile”. Within your account settings, you will be able to access the “Subscription” tab and from there you will have the ability to cancel or modify your account via the link at the bottom of the page.
On a mobile device, you can access your account settings by tapping on the menu icon in the top left of the site, then tapping on your image at the bottom of the menu.
What is the refund policy?
Both the Client and ourselves have the right to terminate any Services Agreement for any reason, including the ending of services that are already underway. Yearly and/or long term subscriptions that are paid in full and have not reached their expiration date will not be refunded. Auto-renewals will be cancelled upon request.
Will my membership renew?
Only if you select that option when you first sign up then yes your membership will renew. Your membership will not renew after one year from the time that you registered unless you select our renewal option.

I didn’t receive my access login information!
If you registered for one of our memberships or purchased a digital or physical product from us you should have received an email from the team at Jitseasy. The product that you purchased will determine what content is available to you in the membership portal. If you do not see an email please first check your junk mail. Still nothing? Please email us at support@jitseasy.com and we’ll resend you your login info right away.
I’m getting an error message when I fill out this form!
If you’re using a phone to place your order you might run into some glitches from time to time. Please try a computer first. If you’re already using a computer then try a different browser. Sometimes you might run into an issue when you’re using a form auto-filler. That issue can be fixed by manually entering your country. Can I upload my videos to Jitseasy?
Yes you can. Only registered users that provide a name and email may do so and any videos uploaded must be edited by the user. As long as a Jitseasy administrator approves your video it will be published on our website. Some videos especially those deemed especially interesting could be eligible to be featured on our home page or featured area.
How can I become a Jitseasy admin?
Upon uploading over 100 approved videos you may be eligible to become a Jitseasy admin. You will also receive a special "Adin" edition Jitseasy T-shirt. Admins get free membership status and depending on the quality and quantity of their uploaded content could qualify to become executive admin that are able to edit and/or approve user submitted videos.
