**Do not try this without supervision from @dongulla **. G-WRAPS (Gulla’s Weapon Retention and Positional Shooting) is one of many techniques in our #defensivetactics curriculum. It was created by retired King County sgt. Don Gulla to address close quarter, gun-out weapon retention when the suspect is trying to disarm the officer. @bellevuewapolicerecruiting teaches it as either a weapon retention system, or as a shooting platform if justified. Sgt. Gulla has taught thousands of law enforcement officers around the world, and G-WRAPS has also been incorporated into other courses like the #graciesurvivaltactics course at @gracieuniversityhq (which also covers the gun in-holster to arm drag I was practicing).
