Experimenting with using an Olympic bar for the TGU, as it will be easier to scale past the 48kg max I can do with the kettlebells. As you’ll see, this was much harder to achieve good overhead extension (my arm is not straight) and also keep the rib cage down. Something to work on….also much harder on the wrists
