To improve core stability and to strengthen your abdominal muscles you must develop the ability to resist force. By preventing movement you create a stable base. These muscles are designed for anti-motion. Developing proximal stiffness creates distal mobility. .
Exercises for developing stability:
⭕️Pallof press: hold a mobility band and step until there is tension. Press forward.
Variations: ?️alter your base of support: half kneeling or tall kneeling. ?️Progression: add a forward press + lift the band up.
