In every sparring day, hard mitt session, conditioning workout etc… When that last round comes, I always tell myself “Last Round Best Round” over & over to help fuel me so I can dig deep & give my absolute best. I trained myself to embrace the pain & keep going forward & it worked for me when it mattered most.

Don’t forget to train your muscle of desire. Remind yourself how bad you want it, never give anything less than your maximum effort, & always finish stronger than you started!!!
