The double under pass can be criptonoight for many people. This is one of the ways I like to deal with this pass. There are many options to defend the pass but this is one of my favorites.
The key things for this defense to work is to get yourself moving as soon as they the start to get their grips. If they get you locked down you may have to try what I mentioned in the video straightening out your legs and pushing the hands. This move does reiquire a bit of athleticism. Once you get it down it is very easy to hit though. If you are having trouble try the drills I’ve shown on the channel to practice inverting first. If you can go inverted this move should be fairly easy for you to do.
