1️⃣ long step pushing the knee. Preventing your opponent from following you using the hook;
2️⃣side control pressure 🚜 using 👣 tip toes on the mat (mat grip) > no knees on the mat. By doing it you will increase your weight/pressure on top of your opponent;
3️⃣over head step from side control. I use it most of the times my opponent faces towards me. Notice that I applied my left elbow between my opponents leg & arm while I was stepping around and over his head. Still not using much of my knees on the mat (just the tip of my toes) I called it the tiger 🐅 foot work.
4️⃣as I stepped around and over the head of my opponent, notice that I had my left knee on top of my opponents hip for a second. I use it in case my opponent turns alway from me. By doing that I can easily attack and maintain myself on his back in case he tries to turtle 🐢.
5️⃣ 🌪 the twister loop choke is a technique I love to do by getting the collar from my opponent with four fingers inside (left hand) and under hooking the opposite side leg with my right hand forcing my opponent to face towards the collar that I’m grabbing. By doing that I increase the choke pressure forcing the opponent giving up.
🔑**still using the floor just pushing with the tip of my toes and not using knees on the floor >>>PRESSURE INCREASED.
👌🏼 I taught all these techniques on my instructionals!
