in 2010 Rafa won Worlds at 20 years old, months after he won ADCC, we were training with a very small and focused group in a small city in Brazil.

we were training and teaching all day long, hungry and passionate, just waiting for opportunity to meet preparation.

Estávamos treinando e o dia todo e dando aulas, com muita vontade e determinação, apenas esperando pelo momento em que a oportunidade se encontra com a preparação.
