POSTING ARMS // a concept I discuss in my instructional is how Every time my opponent posts an arm some of their weight from their legs and body goes to that posting arm. We use this to our advantage when applying the berimbolo, because the less weight the opponent has on their legs, the lighter the person will be to lift them and connect our hips to theirs establishing back control. This basic berimbolo variation notice how when I see the front arm posted, I transfer all my opponents weight off their legs (using my whole body to do so) onto that posted arm making my opponent so light to lift. I think that’s such an important concept to understand! Ossss! @bjj.fanatics

🇧🇷 Eai pessoal, aqui to falando sobre um grande conceito q sempre faço qdo to fazendo o berimbolo. Então todo vez qdo to fazendo o berimbolo to tentando mudar o peso do meu adversário completamente pro braço q tá postando no chão. Essa posição no vídeo e o berimbolo básico com o braço na frente postando. Veja como uso o meu corpo inteiro pra mudar o peso dele completamente pro braço no chão então posso conectar o meu quadril pra ele e finalizar o berimbolo! Espero q vc pode entender esse conceito! Osssss
