Lots of you ask about my debut with @onechampionship. Fact is my body is pretty destroyed. Last year when I started my camp I immediately tore my bicep. My body lately cannot seem to stay well for an extended period of time, there is a lot of wear and tear on me. I been competing for close to 20 years. To fight I must stay healthy, and at the moment that seems to be hard.
My injuries are below.
1. Torn acl meniscus and lcl right leg.
2. Meniscus left leg.
3. Torn left bicep
4. Torn rotator cuff left shoulder
5. Torn labrum right shoulder
6. Broken left hand
7. Broken left foot with torn ligaments.
8. 3 broken noses
9. 4 concussions
10. Torn hamstring
11. Pin surgically inserted in toe due to severe break.
12. Slipped disk lower back
