I don’t care what time you wake up!

What I care about is your level of performance, productivity and overall wellbeing.

Everything I teach you is based around a philosophy and a methodology to ensure that you become the best version of yourself, that you find your unique gifts and talents and find a way to fulfil your life purpose.

The main reason I wake up Before 5AM is because I want my mind, body and soul to be prepared for the day ahead. I want to give myself enough time to work on myself and my craft before the work day starts.
~
I view waking up early as a performance tool. But it’s not about what time you wake up or go to bed, it’s about the pattern you run when you do eventually wake up!
~
Many of you get stuck on the idea of waking up early. That’s just one part of the overall performance equation I teach you. But the main thing you need to learn is how to use your time effectively and how to maximise your performance without burning yourself out.

You’ve got to give yourself time to look after your health & wellbeing and nurture yourself every day. That’s pivotal to your overall level of performance.
~
You’ve got to ensure you set aside time each day to practice, train and further develop your skill set. That’s something that has to be part of your daily pattern.
~
You’ve got to make time to work on your own ideas, your goals and the things that will move the game forward.
~
Many of you are neglecting to do those things, because you’re not giving yourself enough time to work on yourself each day.
~
I don’t care if you don’t wake up early, but I do care that you are putting yourself in a position to win!
~
So give yourself a little extra time each morning to work on yourself to ensure that you maximise your energy levels, prepare yourself for the day ahead and perform at a level that blows everyone away!
