OU VOCÊ TEM OU VOCÊ NÃO TEM !!!
Today’s question comes from Jose who is wondering if he should keep training BJJ while going through a divorce.
He worries that he may bring some baggage from his personal life into his Brazilian Jiu-jitsu gym, that could lead to some not-so-fun interactions in training and doesn’t want to ruin his relationships at the gym as a result.
In the video I give Jose, and you guys, a story about similar situation that I went through in hopes to start a conversation & to help Jose out, even if it’s just a little helpful.
This is clearly a hard time for Jose, and I hope that he finds what he needs, gets through this whole situation, and is able to get back to his normal life as soon as possible. And if you’re experiencing a similar issue then I hope the video helps.
