4 Tips to level up your Single Leg X entry…⠀

As your opponent steps forward they will be ready to defend any attempts on your behalf to gain grips on their lapel, sleeve or collar, as their hands are in prime position to do so. ⠀

Knowing this, turn your attention to gripping the pants, as this is the furthest away from your opponent’s hands and as they step closer to you it becomes the easiest grip to reach. ⠀

✅Second, point your knee to the outside of your opponent’s shin.⠀

After securing the pant grip, you’re all set to achieve the shin on shin position and it is vital that you focus on pointing your knee to the outside of their leg. ⠀
