In our last video where we worked on frames from side control. Here is a good option to continue the defense when your opponent blocks your hip and runs to the north south position.

The Double Unders stacking pass is one of the most effective guard passes in Jiu Jitsu, IF done correctly…
Otherwise you may run into trouble finding yourself tapping out to Triangle Chokes 🙁
In this video I break down the match between Thalison Soares vs Tomoyuki Hashimoto, from the 2020 IBJJF European Championship, explaining how to avoid the most common mistakes when executing the Double Under Pass, and how to counter the Double Under Pass if you are the guard player.

Hope it can help your game.

Here I am performing a full body calisthenics circuit. Calisthenics exercises typically combine multiple joints in each exercise and are thus often considered functional. Most professional athletes employ bodyweight exercises in their training regimen for this reason. This is especially important for sports with weight classes where the athlete needs to be able to manoeuvre their bodyweight during their skills.
This circuit is split into four exercises; a pulling exercise for your upper body, a pushing exercise for your upper body, a static core exercise and a lower body exercise. With these four exercises, I target most of the major muscle groups in my body.
If you are having difficulty squeezing a supplementary session into your session, circuits are time-efficient and selecting different movement patterns rather than muscle groups allows a low number of exercises using a large number of muscle groups.
