“Summer 2019, young Irish Taco (Nate) traveled across the world from Ireland to visit me (Keith, his coach) & the rest of the amazing people at Decatur, Alabama.
Leading up to his trip, I had considered giving him his blue belt but I wanted to see how he did in Decatur before I made my decision.
Long story shorter, he proved he was capable and indeed deserved that blue belt but that doesn’t mean he gets to leave Alabama with his soul. Bmac used to live on Coke Zero & Souls, he has since kicked the Coke Zero habit but he still cannot survive without claiming the souls of fresh blue belts (or any belt to be honest).
I must say, I do enjoy the beating from Bmac & the sense of “I shouldn’t have done that” that comes with those beatings but it brought me great joy to see my student taking the beating that was usually reserved for me. Here’s a video of the last time Taco got to roll with Bmac.
Poor/Lucky guy.
Perspective.”
