I kept my reps between 5 and 10 so everyone can do this workout. These are the kind of workouts I do daily, but I generally rep between 20 and 50. The constant change of reps and hand positioning is always shocking the muscle. I also do static holds at towards the end. Everyone try this, I promise it gets harder as the time goes on. I had to cut the first two minutes of this out so I can fit the video. But here you have it, amazing workout in just 10 minutes.
