High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) – Milestone Workout
There are some technical difficulties with the timer at 18:17 (second half of workout) but we improvise.
This workout is intense. Please be cautious and don’t over exert yourself. Always use proper form and modify exercises to make them easier if or when appropriate. When this program is done properly you can achieve a very high level of physical fitness. HIIT will increase strength, speed and stamina and even burns calories post workout.

in honor of dillon thinking our match was a robbery, here is @garrytonon getting another win via corrupt refs. im sure most of the loses on his 18-16 record as a black belt were robberies too. We can always have a rematch. A match with no refs and 1st to submit loses? oh.. no? yea, i figured.
This is one of my favorite Half-Guard sweeps and it’s the epitome of Jiu-Jitsu.
It’s simple, anyone can do it, requires little effort, and it has been proven to work at the highest levels.
You probably know it as the John Wayne sweep, but I still call it the Car Jack sweep, that’s how I learned back in the day.
I cover some crucial details in this video, how to set it up and bait your opponent, plus several options based on your opponent’s reactions.
