Brincadeira (mais ou menos) haha! Sempre trabalhei esse tipo de exercício pelo menos 1-2x na semana pra ajudar na prevenção de lesão e fortalecimento/resistência dos músculos. Parecem exercícios “bobos” mas ajudam bastante!

Joking (but that’s right) haha! I always like to do those type of exercises at least 1-2x per week. It looks “easy” but definitely it helps injury prevention and resistance/strength.
