The Best Jiu-Jitsu Search Engine in the World
This is the worst position in jiujitsu/mma in my opinion. You can’t move you’re pretty much defenseless and just waiting to be choked.
That’s why this is the position I try to get to. I can do this by using one hand to roll the wrist and post, both ands rolling the wrists, or locking my hands under the arms and flattening them out.
Once I get to this position my hips are going to drive into their back my legs are going to lift up towards the sky to prevent them from removing your hooks and your hands are free to attack the neck.
P.S. no liabilities

This is one of my favorite ways of pinning someone from top half guard!
It is easy, and comes right off your passing game. When done right, it can also lead into a guard pass and an even stronger pin – the Crucifix.
This is just one of the pins that we cover from my brother’s instructional course, MMA Pins. If you want to see more awesome pins like this, make sure to check it out below:

At the age of 11 years old I thought that I wanted to fight MMA. I began doing MMA classes, wrestling, kickboxing, boxing, everything I needed to do to fight. Now my goals have changed I no longer want to fight MMA for now.
But the good thing about practicing all these different martial arts is one I learned how to defend myself, two I learned a lot of neat techniques in my time training for a fight.
My favorite triangle finish came from doing MMA. I started using this all the time naturally because I was trying to not get hit. Than I adopted it into my jiujitsu game and started hitting it there as well!
